So where does the CIA come into it ? There is no mention of it by the reporter. If the truck was sold and then on sold obviously to a ISIS supporter who in turn provides it to ISIS then THEY mount a gun on it and use it as a weapon at what point does the CIA have the opportunity to remove poor old Marks name and number?
Maybe the US should order a LGB strike on the car door from the air!
