Not even going to ask how old you are... I started investing when I was 15 and remember share certificates... but I think they disappeared when I was in my later teens (I reckon mid 1990's). The only company I have had gone belly up on me to date was Babcock and Brown. When I sold my TZL at 6.9c, I was sort of disppointed as I really thought they could have recovered to get to the low teens (and I would have immediately sold 80% at a profit and kept a small holding). In hindsight one of the best decisions I have made as I do have a mental issue with selling at a loss and had only recently learnt to overcome that trait.. and TZL was one of the first cabs off the rank.
