Can't believe what I'm reading in this thread. We have settled with the party we were taking action against. How anyone could determine that this means that we are paying them money is beyond me. The amount in question probably wasn't worth the legal cost to keep pursuing, given the small amount in question, so they have taken a small victory and left it at that. Would not be at all surprised if they paid our legal costs and repaid a percentage of the money. Hardly talking millions here.
