    Before MacB bought the half of Mereenie they would have consulted with RC. He would know then what would eventuate, but no disclosure to the shareholders.. Followed by the first low bid and the rejection was just a smokescreen.Then, all that time for due diligence to come up with 20 c and the acceptance with all those constraints? I am peed off to say the least. I hate being conned and will support a big vote NO!
