Procore Office now open in Sydney, page-5

Ok. Well they are on their way to Sydney it seems. At least, they have 3 job ads up on Seek.

(Procore Ad).

So I would say they are currently looking for an office and looking to hire and train Australian staff. From the ads, these people will probably be new to the industry and clearly may also find it difficult working for an American company that doesn't have a strong understanding of either the Australian culture or work ethic or the Australian construction industry. Really, their first overseas office.

As @The Curse mentioned, They were probably the most aggressive salesmen out of the different exhibitors. This approach may not work so well in Oz.

In Australia, 65% of Aconex's business already comes from long term, well established enterprise agreements with companies like Multiplex, Lendlease, CIMIC, John Holland, Salini Impregilo, Lahey's, Kane, Fletcher, Stockland and more,  so I would say that on balance, Procore will just end up helping to till the technology awareness field for Aconex.

They are pretty much 16 years late to the game here.
