    Is Chapman suggesting that the cash balance be invested into the Merchant Opportunities Fund? Why would he mention this is the release and show current returns? I think he needs to give clear guidance to holders of what is proposed for the funds as it seems opportunistic to sink the balance into his company's opportunities fund
