The board are responsible to work in the best interest of shareholders
The board breached there duty to shareholders by signeing this deed that promotes Mac and destroys shareholders
They are in breach of contract thus wouldn't have to be compensated
I still believe that the vote is unlawful as the shares should have been in a trading halt
Who is buying these millions of shares sold every day could it be institutional friendly to Mac
Thus unfair vote
Even if there are higher offers we must vote before we see these offers if that isn't crook
We are being cheated out of our shares
