All the down-rampers who have been confidently shouting the demise of CMQ for years, must have been as shocked and dismayed as the bondholders when IFCA turned up. Both have been relentless in their attempts to kill off the company.
From the Subscription Agreement the next relevant date is mid-May when IFCA said they will be depositing the redemption monies into a Chemeq trust account. The bondholders can scarcely argue the offer is not genuine then; they are hard-pressed to pretend it is a a false offer even now.
So much for the deal being DEAD or a joke as the ex-gurus bleat. The ruling last week to disallow variation to the court orders postpones getting on with due diligence and preparing for the EGM. Otherwise there is no change.
