Some quick stats from the announcement...
The 21.25% (to TEG) purchase at USD1.875m values TEG"s 78.75% stake in CH at USD6.95m or $AUD9.3million - in excess of market cap with nil consideration to other assets etc.
The cash benefit of the additional cash for the March Qtr associated with the purchase shows a margin of AUD22 per barrel before operational costs (admin/staff). I checked against my forecasts and came in very close.
This will be re rated, particularly if oil jumps.
