    I notice that a second class action has been launched against Slater etc . One of the aggrievances was misleading shareholders . Misleading shareholders ? Does that sound familiar ? While I don't anticipate a class action , I would have thought that misleading shareholders would fall right in ASIC's court .Don't they monitor what is going on ?
