    My Second chart today, WMT was the first and that has had a blast to the upside, so let's hope the same thing happens with this one. As you can see from the lower median line (green) it has held it on 3 days and its looking to move outside of the pink downsweep line. As playmates know, I have mentioned before I am expecting a move into the 20s, hopefully 23 plus.
