I do agree with your last sentence I.e. Far need to move it to arbitration. When ready and no joy from COP they will. if not worth pursuing, FAR shareholders will be told as that is material news. We have not been told so PE is still a possibility.
Don't see the point in having a discussion on the WPL forum.
Doesn't seem to end well and it pretty much comes down to personal opinion until the facts are revealed and accepted by all parties.
