    ITE is definitely being accumulated at 17 cents probably by a small micro cap fund. They are buying in 50,000 lots and have been doing so for at least a week.
    They are providing the support at 17 cents.

    My friend is holding his 2 million shares which he has averaged at 19 cents and is expecting big things in the next couple of months.

    Patience is your friend.
