perivale...
lol...not all is what it seems in the markets.
I suggest the big guys are in fact buying, but being crafty about it.
Appears a few net sellers about...so first thing this moring they pulled all their buy bids out of the queue, likely sold a few to knock it down as far as possible through the now depleated buy depth, then loaded the sell side with large capping orders to give the impression that plenty of sellers were about.
Think about it...8m traded today foa 90.83c VWAP so far...clearly a fair few shares have changed hands today.
But have you considered that the reason the big boys are not "taking out" those larger sell orders is in fact because the larger sell orders are in fact their own, helping facilitate cheaper accumuation?
By the time the price gets back up there, they would have cleaned out many of the temporary holders...and if they don't pull the orders off the market, will likely "take them out" themselves in the process of running the price up to previous levels...again, trading between themselves, only this time to give the impression of buyers rather than sellers.
Just part of the game....lol...look away!
Cheers!
