Some of us would sell at break even at this point if the management would get off their ar$e and do their job and get us some performance. Clearly the capital wasting time without performance is costing and thus in the words of the wise Warren Buffett, "Rule 1, Never lose money" "Rule 2, Always refer to Rule 1"

The opportunity presented this management team when they took over should have been an easy sell, outside of the use of ammonia in OSMR process. For those of us in the US, we all know the industry no longer smiles on the use of ammonia as it once did, and likely the holdup in approvals next to the foreign status.

While I continue to hope you are using your influence on the board and management, please remember that smaller shareholders only continue to look for positive signs from this group and leave very disappointed at every turn right now leading to frustration and negative feelings.
