sentiment and shareprices always overshoot in both directions and oscillate around the true value. i believe the true value of ore is around $4 and rising which would fit with the swings between high 2s and $5.

the seeking alpha article reiterates that supply is constrained and will struggle to keep up with demand over the next 5 years, so unless you are looking 8-10yrs ahead then ore is a pretty onvious buy to me (as is gxy which i topped up on today at its bargain prices despite hitting nameplate).
