    April 5 (Reuters) - Geopacific Resources Ltd (GPR)

    • Takeover offer for Kula Gold Limited
    • Geopacific'S offer is 1 Geopacific share for every 1.4723 Kula shares
    • Pre-bid acceptance of offer has been secured from Franklin Advisers, Inc. which holds 17% of Kula'S issued capital.
    • Offer is equivalent to approximately $0.028 per Kula share
