Agree with your statement, however what @stormer may be trying to say is IMHO;

That we must remember that we (NSL) are Outsiders & will always remain Outsiders. Thus CAUTION on all fronts must be observed, at all times. The winds can change direction at the drop of a hat, especially on the political front. So getting the $$$ in hand is Imperative, A MUST as we move along. Reaching out too far too quick has it's own Risks & Rewards.

In saying that, I have always maintained "Slow & Steady Wins The Race".
