"If you pay peanuts you get monkeys" you sound like politicians, all we have there is overpaid monkeys because the people swallow that line all the time.
They are overpaid and over rewarded for a company whose income stream is other peoples pockets.
I am all for them being well rewarded when the owners are rewarded, more LTI linked to shareholder returns rather than lining their pockets with inflated 'comparable industry standards' salaries. Proof is in the delivery, not the game they can talk up.
Some are happy to go along with the vibe, fair enough they can take a bow and wait.. Each to their own
