Was browsing and saw ths reply. You are now (and have been for 3 yrs or so) able to select whichever parcel of shares you wish when sell. So if purchase various parcels of shares in a company, when start selling, can pick and choose which parcels diposed of. So if some held for >12 mths and some less can combine however you like on disposal. Can also do part of one parcel and part another; however best suits your purpose
