I believe Cann Group is associated with CSIRO via one of it's board members. If you read their reports via their website it seems that they have an association via a board member with CSIRO.
I also remember reading on their website that they had their cultivation facility in Clayton (at a secret location). However, that reference I can no longer find. They either removed it from their website, or I followed a link to elsewhere.
