Didn't the Discovery deal have a clause that if not accepted within 3 months, it could be extended by another 3 months on a payment of $A100,000?

I'm a little curious as to why this deal/update hasn't been announced to the market & for shareholder approval.

We are paying for KH to provide returns for Uran shareholders, & given she is a related party in the deal, we should be kept in the loop, what is MK doing?
