The fact that KH is a central figure in both companies and the delays cost URA $$$ both in $100,000 increments and share price depreciation and sentiment, may lead many to question credibility and ethics re this deal and the secrecy/delays surounding it.

I clearly do not know and am not about to cast blame directly on anyone at the company.

However these theories and points of view will surface and prevail while we have no clear communication or direction from the company.

I am not suggesting URA or Discovery are inept or crooked. I am suggesting that questions are and should be asked and that the secrecy and delays should be addressed....and soon.

With GWE listing fast approaching, one would think time is running out.
