Personally think this offer is pretty disappointing. Baobab was meant to add value however due to poor management and lack of a feasibility study, management come back to Sh for money at less than they raised for the building of baobab.
Shares on issue up to 580m plus another 30m and probs 700 plus when mimran covert back their share of baobab.
Prior to baobab aev had 240m shares on issue and 20m in the bank.
