Does anyone have a theory as to why CTS was able to acquire 20% of their Peru project the other month for just US$85,000. This implies a value of just US$425,000 for the whole project.
Yet the market appears to be valuing the project at 40-50 times this amount.
The people selling must surely have a good idea as to what it's worth, and the chances of getting the project in to production.
Compare this with the US$15,000,000 WHE had to pay for its Bison Basin project.
Surely this is a huge red flag.
