Pfft, Since when do they govern anything. More companies on the boards, more income. No, not even a vote has enough sway these days as the execs are usually heavily weighted and in control. You can decide to invest in the story or sell out and move on. Way too many people on here with no declared interest seem to have an opinion and lots of time on their hands. I'm not expecting any change from the last quarter, just more signings which fingers crossed lead to cashflow one day. It's the perfect arrangement where you can announce the deals struck but not require income until 'later'.
