I am a bit surprised the consolidation has not occurred already - for me now i expect 20:1 at some stage and seeing the way FAR work, there must be a strategy already in place which will be designed such that an event like the FID, or FEED, or some such event where maybe FAR can go to the debt mkts is where that consolidation will occur and where FAR's sp price will therefore be a healthy looking 1.60 to 2.00 that world wide institutions and bankers will see as acceptable, including the US. I did not expect to see shares on issue over 5b when they first started the finds in Senegal - but it was necessary and still is.
