whichever way you look at it IAM is in trouble, it's not performing anywhere near expectations. Forget about "business for generations" it's business for 2017 that's needed and obviously their front door isn't being beseiged by clients otherwise they'd be saying so. You can also forget about "top quality management" events have already shown what that counts for.
I'd say the points of differentiation between IAM and the myriad of other companies providing services in financial outsourcing just isn't great enough to attract many players. (Look how fast CBA grabbed SWG's package when they saw it, no such reaction from NAB when they saw IAM's package - and I know they are in different fields but just shows how big business reacts when they see a winner.)
I've no idea of the details of what any of the fintech people do really and I couldn't care less. I don't need to be an expert to know what's happening here with IAM and management silence says more than anyone here could ever say.... just my opinion....
