I was hoping to see SW sacked after this. He has no value to the company if he can't even keep track of directors' interests. He is an outsourced company secretary and would be cheap to replace. Shareholders should be able to expect that management will take a tough stance on company officers that do not perform their basic duties properly - especially given that this is the second time this has happened in a matter of weeks.
