"Stockbroker Hartleys contacted investors on Thursday morning, launching the $17.75 million placement which had room for another $5 million in oversubscriptions. New shares were being offered at 50¢ each which was a 12.3 per cent discount to the last close and a 7.3 per cent discount to the five day volume weighted average price.
Hartleys was calling for bids by 3pm on Thursday, Western Australian time."
