This is huge @Penn I cant believe that it didnt get things rolling

UltraCharge Limited (UTR or the Company) is pleased to advise it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of the world’s leading fully vertically integrated battery energy storage solution providers, Leclanché SA (Leclanché).

I personally think that the reporting style has a lot to do with the lack of buying interest
just not attention to the finer details
I also have no doubt that parties are selling this down for what reason I cant say but consistent single small lots  at market like todays  sell down at 3.55 selling 1 parcel trough 2.7 2.6 2.5 2.4 is strange and the only reasons it could be either desperation or to dampen any positive movement
This has been the norm since at least 4c these types of trades have been a regular occurance
The small parcel that are often hit implies its not retail action
While ever there is low interest this will continue to happen IMO
