unfortunately society hasn't allowed you to think for yourself.

I assume the way you are presenting yourself, you haven't invested in realestate nor do you own your own Company.

I love investing in biotechnology companies,
1/If they make it, you end up with a shit load of cash & their technology helps the human race.
2/If they flutter you drop some cash

You know the rules, don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

I remember I bought CSL at $2, everybody thought I was going to lose my money.
Well guess what? I still own the same parcel of shares I bought.

Anyway, you shouldn't advise investors in something you don't have an interest in.
I presume you manage your own SMSF & you are a very conservative investor,
perhaps you should have a read at this article.
