absolutely.... i have no idea... but, knock out some po's and some receipt of cash, along with a plant order (or two hopefully) and this thing will have people looking....
the timing could be unreal.... fmg pumps up india, gina pumps up india, now even mr turnbull pumps them up, a week before he is going to be over in india, and again no doubt pumping them up....
investors are going to look towards india.... and hopefully see little NSL front and centre!!!
