It's confusing, cemetery lots are all owned by the Gov just as is ALL land . Cemetery lots you can use/ rent for 20 year periods. Your house land, 70 year periods. ?? If the gov wants the land your house is sitting on , to build a new road etc, and you refuse to move, goodnight.
