Good chance there will be a working relationship develop between Areva and Paladin as a result of Areva's shareholding.
This could be a significant advantage later.
Only downside potentials are for Areva to decide to disrupt Paladin (pretty unlikely for a long while) or for Areva to decide to bail and go through a sell down which may flood the number of available shares for sale and lower sp for a period.
