Yes you are right about the development plan. I did consider the raising, the loan expiry next month subject to renewal or repayment depending on equity raise. But with the lack of respect shown to the Australian market, what take up? Perhaps another one of the HNW contacts? If they are going for a public offer then surely they will offer some form of enticement or something pump-worthy in the near future?
