Also, what leadenhall's own analysis shows in this document is that, while they believe that the offer was 'fair and reasonable', it is still low-balling it, and more than likely to result in an immediate loss for [all of the 60 LPD holders] who take it up.
That's based purely on the numbers shown and doesn't take into account the recent dive in LIT SP, nor future prospects.
