We have to wait and see - IMO we should have had Dr J on the board ages ago to look after us ordinary shareholders interests.
Does the ann mean the Chinese want the assignment of their voting rights to the Inca BoD rescinded because :-

1. They want to sell the shares.
2. They want to takeover the company.
3. They want to stomp up tens or hundreds of millions of dollars to 'develop the asset'

Remember these Chinese holders are employees of Chinalco a Chinese Government owned company.
