100 % Agree with you @melua . Over-hyped crap like SVT is a very recent example of ramping . And Great IPOs like A3D DEM AC8 had zero to limited "promotion" prior to listing and they did wonders . Because I am fairly new in IPO investment , as an act of desperation i took anything and everything offered to me last year but then i figured out what Jesse livermore said 110 years ago "They say you never go broke taking profits. No, you don’t. But neither do you grow rich taking a four-point profit in a bull market."
So now my investment Mantra is " Very selective , Cheap valuation , Tightly held register , Good story with high scalability , Low Ev " and once you are fortunate enough to find and get something like this Go hard , " DO NOT SELL " and sit tight .
Most of Alto's offerings meet these criterias.
