The problem with the ever growing popularity of Hot Copper is that it is attracting guys like you that just want to get involved in a sledging match and have no interest in using the forum for research and discussion.

As for your comments, ... if T4P was any good at trading he would not spend time posting on this site and would get a life... Are you in High School??? Nothing is more annoying then attacks on someone who has put in the hard work and become successful by saying “Get a life”. I can tell you straight away that anyone who makes consistent strong gains through investing is not throwing darts at a board but doing massive amounts of study. If you don’t think sharing investment strategies with others who have similar interests and making massive returns is fun … LEAVE!

As for you Joelbaby, with your naive view on manipulating the market and cut and paste response that had no relevance, I very much doubt that you have ever been involved in investments and worked on ‘trading floors’. I have been in the industry for years and do not think I know any professional dealers that would write that dribble.

Why do you think T4P has such a following? It is because he supplies well researched and mostly profitable information. Don’t you think if he was merely pumping and dumping stocks for the benefit of his own profits many would be burnt and no one would be listening to what he says??

I just wish there were more people on Hot Copper that took time to research the fundamentals of stocks and reported it for the benefit of others. Take a look at the posts guys like 2old2slow, Sir Knight and T4P offer this forum. They never write hot air garbage but base their opinions on investment strategies and if you use these comments as a basis for your own research it can be profitable. I have learnt a lot off all three.

From an objective point of view I am sure that T4P is not posting solely for the benefit of others. Through his well backed up posts I am sure he has gained many contacts that have made trading all the much more profitable. The old theory if you help others they will help you.
