Shite @tamz I hope it works out for you and you at least get your coin back. If you look at normal acquisition multipliers, say 10 x EBITDA you wouldn't get near your $2.97. Your best bet is Crescent get to complete the buyback, they flog off a few assets and you are left with a smaller and more attractive asset. However now is the time to strike if someone wants a cheap acquisition, it would probably screw up Crescent, which would nice. They may be happy to exit stage left with a modicum of profit.
