been making a good base over the last few months at 33-34.  Theres been no major volume recently which would indicate there hasnt really been any speculative buying on vax results YET.  conclusion i draw from this is that vax isnt really priced into current price and might explode on good news without the sell down.  near historic lows with company being in best shape its ever been with FA catalysts imminent as listed above.
