    Hi all

    Just wondering if someone could please explain what a "in specie distribution" is. I understand it's existing shareholders will get an opportunity to purchase shares in the new Platinum comapny.

    Will it be a 1 for 1 offer? etc

    BTW name me a company with a market cap of 20m who is about to announce a JORC for Platinum, besides GAU of coarse.

    The nickel play could be very interesting also
