The ongoing trial is not considered futile it's meeting the predicted end point and benefiting patients. The alternative concept is that it's futile to resist, either way, MSB shareholders and CHF patients win. The US will be interesting tonight MSB is building a strong body of evidence demonstrating proof of concept resistance is futile.
