True. I remember the dump to 2.3c and then later to 2.0c. The legal concerns were officially the reason, but maybe the plunge was so heavy because of the 125M shares that came on the market?

Wrt the options, I hope you're right but my experience with options (in the money) is that any problem is a reason for holders to dump shares (because they still have the options).

Personally I hope they will release an initial exploration target, like BGS and PSC did last year. That was some great rocket fuel for both stocks. Could be a good way to deal with the 125M shares overhang.
