I presume many people don't properly understand the announcement?
It could be seen as a negative (as it mentions holes "too far west" and says that it hasn't actually confirmed anything significant yet), but as the ones here who know their geology are suggesting, it is all pointing in the right direction for when the drill bit gets into the right zone.
At least that is my take on it at this point.
