Replacement offer documents were lodged with ASIC yesterday and according to the Fin Review
DOW hopes to send them to SPO shareholders this week.In the meantime the retail offer to DOW shareholders closes today and it looks like the underwriter/subunderwriters will be left with 100%.With such a gap between the price of SPO before the offer and the offer of $1.15 I would expect a flood of acceptances.The problem is how many months
would acceptors have to wait before all the conditions are met and they are paid.
