The price disparity in housing between city and country, at least so far as Sydney is concerned is higher than the income disparity between the two. Your comment is clear...as in clearly wrong. The more substantive question is at a time when first home buyers are at an all time low, should tax policy favour:
a) Investors looking to own multiple houses or
b) Prospective first home buyers.
The LNP and perhaps Derryn Hinch belive it should favour: a) Investors.
