so where could FIL be @ w its % RAP holding and how big a position might it build in RAP?
FIL held 8.22% of RAP stock as @ 24 march '17
it will be v interesting to see if FIL has continued to buy and build a position in RAP ... i suspect they could be creeping towards 10%
