Probably a good thing they can't enter the housing market anyway . I can feel it in my bones there is the mother of all corrections coming . $1m median house prices , 19% growth in one year all points to a coming disaster . I actually feel sorry for the ones who are in . Paying over the top prices with low interest (now , maybe not later) . Imagine if the prices do come off 20 - 30% or more (to somewhere near where they should be) it will be an unmitigated disaster
